  1. When I am entering the user id in the USSD textbox, which is a combination of characters and numbers, it is not taking the characters.. It is accepting only numbers. I am using Android phone. Is there a limitation on this type of phone?

    1. Sorry to say, one customer can use only one mode of mobile banking. if you are using USSD, and want to use WAP or Software mode, then you have to deregister from USSD and register for WAP or Software with new userid and mpin
