CLARIFICATION ON THE USE OF .JAR & .JAD FILE

There are two types of JAVA File used for installing the State Bank Freedom Application (Mobile Banking Software) on to the Java Enabled Handset.
One is a State Bank Freedom.jar file which is around 200KB and the other is a State Bank Freedom.jad file which is of 1 KB.
The .jar is actually the State Bank Freedom Application or the software which to be transferred through Bluetooth, Data Cable, Data Card or through GPRS and installed on the Java enabled Handset.
In a few Handsets, due to the restrictions of technology, the jar in isolation does not get installed. In such cases the .jad file, also needs to be downloaded or transferred (in addition to the .jar file). The .jad file acts as a catalyst and helps in installing the .jar file (State Bank Freedom Application or Software) successfully

Can you specify the instructions to install the downloaded jar file and use the application...

Iam getting an error "invalid JAD descriptor" when installing the software any help ?

Mobile Banking Help Desk

For assistance in Mobile Banking Service, a customer may contact Toll-free helpline No. 1800-11-2211 or 1800-425-3800 of our contact centre. Queries may also be sent through the feedback option in the application.
For complaints of any nature, customers may contact the Branch maintaining the Primary account enabled for MBS. Additionally, a customer may also send queries/complaints to the following e mail addresses depending on the nature of the Complaints:
A.
Fund Transfer transactions: to be sent to mb.support@sbi.co.in.
Details to be furnished: Date of transaction, User ID of the remitter, Account No. of the payee, amount remitted, TID and the RBI reference no (in case of a Fund Transfer to Other Bank account).
B.
Transactions through Interbank Mobile payment Service (IMPS): to be sent to mb.support@sbi.co.in.
Details to be furnished:
For remitter-Date of transaction, User ID of the remitter, Mobile number of the payee, MMID of the payee, amount remitted, TID and the IMPS reference no.
For payees-Date of transaction, account number, amount and IMPS reference no.
C.
Mobile Top up Transactions (Non reversal of the debited amount): to be sent to mb.support@sbi.co.in.
Details to be furnished: Date of transaction, User ID of the customer, name of the Service Provider (of the topped up connection), Amount, Mobile No topped up, TID and any other reference ID, if available.
D.
Merchant Payments (Top up of DTH connections/Recharge pins/ Non Reversal of debited amount): to be sent to mb.support@sbi.co.in.
Details to be provided: Date of transaction, User ID of the customer, amount, name of the service provider, Consumer account No (in case of Tata Sky/ Big TV /Dish TV/ Sun Direct), Mobile No. registered with the service provider (in case of DigitalTV/ Videocon d2h), TID and any other reference ID, if available.
E.
Other Complaints:
Complaints, other than those detailed above, may be sent to mb.jaipur@sbi.co.in
